The card for today is so very pretty in person. I love how the stamped images coordinate with the All Abloom Designer Paper. Don't you just love the colors?
This card fold is called a "Tent Fold with Front Panel". Very easily created. You start with a piece of cardstock measuring 5 1/2" x 11" and score at 4 1/4", 8 1/2" and 9 3/4" on the 11" side. Fold the card base as shown below:
The smaller front panel measures 3" x 3" and is glued about 1/2" from the bottom front and centered. If you want to add layers like I did, add the layer first, then glue the 3" x 3" panel to the front:
If you decide you would like to add layers just like my card, here are the measurements:
- Layer #2: Pistachio Pudding Cardstock pieces: 5 1/4" x 7/8" (front step), 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" (front panel) and 5 1/4" x 4" (back panel)
- Layer #3: Designer Paper: 5" 3 3/4" (back panel)
The stamped images are from the Flower Patch stamp set and I used the coordinating Flower Fair Framelit Dies. The sentiment was cut out with the Project Life Framelit Dies. Here is a listing of everything that I used for today's card:
