Massage afterwards has taken care of really tight muscles and made it so much easier to move.
I hope resting with an ice pack will take care of inflammation so I can fly to Dallas tomorrow!
I am taking a moment to post these pictures because I want to share just a bit of breathtaking late summer beauty ---this bush is growing on the side walk next to where my Chiropractor’s office is.
I am not sure what kind of plant this is! Is it a kind of hibiscus?
Whatever it is, it is the most GLORIOUS shade of lavender-pink.
Of course the sky is also my favorite shade of Carolina Blue!
This is one of those days where I stop to smell the flowers as it were ((These don’t really smell like anything!)) and appreciate all I have in my life. Family, home, friends, health ((Even though my mobility is nagging at me at the moment!)) and all the folks I’ve met through this blogiverse and this lifesteyle we call QUILTING.
Green, lavender-pink and blue ---a bit of yellow. Quilt-possible, don’t you agree!?
Back to the ice-pack.
