I did post a project for today. You can scroll down to see it. I am adding a separate post for today because I need to do a little bit of housekeeping and to ask a favor. A few weeks ago I sent out a newsletter that was meant to reach my customers. In that letter I mistakenly listed a workshop that I myself am hosting at the end of this month that I listed with a "Hostess Code" for use if anyone wanted to order but could not attend. I use what is called "Mail Chimp" to send out my monthly newsletters so when I was ready to send it out, the contacts that this program used was from a list of my email contacts to include demonstrators. When I listed the "Hostess Code" in my newsletter, I welcomed anyone to order using this code and informed that whomever ordered would be part of my "Mystery Hostess Workshop". I had not done this in quite some time and forgot that it is against Stampin' Up! policy to offer this to online customers. I emailed my customers letting them know that I had to change the details of my "Mystery Hostess Workshop". My little glitch was corrected.
What am I getting at with this long-winded paragraph? Another demo received my newsletter and reported me to Stampin' Up! instead of offering to send me a gracious & friendly email reminding me that we could not offer this. That is something that I myself would never do and I was infuriated at the thought that someone who is a demonstrator would do this to another demonstrator. Next time you find fault at something that I may have done in error, could you please just email me to alert me? Thank you.
