Oven Mitt & Simply Scored!

When I purchased this individual stamp called "Now You're Cookin'", I immediately thought of an "oven mitt card". The card you see below is from a pattern I made last year when I created a Christmas mitten card that I never posted  and will post tomorrow for you:


This was also a great way to use your brand new "Simply Scored Scoring Tool". I made the diagonal scores with this new tool. Quick & easy!

The image was inked using "Stampin' Write Markers". I colored using "Pool Party, Chocolate Chip & Wild Wasabi Markers:

I sponged the edges of my oven mitt and added Rhinestone Jewels to embellish.......such fun!

  • Cardstock: Pool Party, Whisper White

  • Tools: Simply Scored Scoring tool, Small Oval Punch, Sponge Dauber, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots
  • Inks: Pool Party, Stampin' Write Markers in Pool Party, Wild Wasabi and Chocolate Chip
