Yesterday I showed you a sketch challenge card that incorporated "4" of something, today's challenge card at "The Paper Players" includes a "trio" in their sketch:

I just love the new Spice Cake DSP that will be available to you on Sept. 1st. I used it as my background layer, layered over Very Vanilla & More Mustard cardstocks:

I also used the Scallop Trim Border Punch on one end just to give the layer a little decor. I wanted to stick to Pool Party, More Mustard and Wild Wasabi against the Early Espresso and was a little upset that I had no ribbon in those colors except for the More Mustard 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon..........no, that didn't work.....way too busy against the DSP. I don't like busy.....hey wait a minute, I flipped it over and voila, no dots on the reverse side........perfect!

I stamped my leaves from the Day of Gratitude stamp set and sponged the edges in Early Espresso Ink. I added a Pearl Jewel to the center of each leaf. The sentiment is from a hostess set called Happiest Birthday Wishes.

I hope you'll join in on this sketch challenge this week. Thanks for visiting me again today!
